i completely agree with what you were saying, but there is of course now direct flights London to Perth on Quantas. Personally, the flight remains too long for me and I’d rather have a couple of hours away from a plane, but agree with 2 legs that are 5-6 hours, one can be rather grumpy when told to move chair back into landing position (particularly when it’s a technical stop and you have another 2 hours til you can get off the plane).
