Try travelling with 3 kids in Europe it’s a nightmare. Since our youngest is small for her age I often only book 2+2 and sneak her in, she sleeps in our bed. I dread the day we can’t do this, it’s fast approaching as well.
I just gave up with booking a hotel for 2&2... having top status and emailing GM did not work, I received different answers, from not allowed, roll away for E30 (plus taxes) , book two rooms, more points, etc. So I just booked an airbnb that has full kitchen, larger, more bathrooms, etc at a surprisingly affordable price (and negotiated airport pickup with owner)
