Spring Airlines Baggage Limits: Cumulative?

I'm flying Spring Airlines from Thailand to China shortly and had a question about luggage weights if anyone knows.
I purchased Spring Plus. I understand this gives me a max 5kg carry-on and the balance of 25 kg total for a checked bag. Fine.
Knowing I would have a lot of stuff, I purchased 20 kg additional. But now that I am staring at my suitcases, I am not sure if I purchased weight that can be allocated however it needs to be allocated or if I purchased one bag that weighs up to 20 kg. The Spring Airlines website just says that I purchased 20kg.
Here's what I think I have with me -- was hard to weigh this stuff on the bathroom scale...
Carry on should be about 5 kg
Small suitcase full of heavy stuff that weighs about 16 kg
Large suitcase that currently weighs about 19.5 kg. I tried moving more of this into the smaller bag but honestly, there's not enough space in the smaller bag.
If I get 45 kg total, I'm fine but if the weight is allocated by individual bag, I'm a little worried about my 19.5 kg bag which may end up being a little over once I am done packing and then apparently they are going to charge me a kajillion dollars at the check-in desk.
Thoughts?
