Have to say that the seat blocking is been pretty good for me within the last month or so. I quite like how these days they block off a good chunk of the front rows on short domestic flights with Airbee when the load isn't that high, but still honor the advance seat assignments. This leads to a lot of flights to OUL where there are a handful of elites on the first 7 rows and the rest of them are empty :-)
