I live in the city but I need a spot for work in about a week. I've always been an FPC guy, so, with the situation as it is now and with no FRHI hotels in Kanto, anyways, I decided to check the Accor Hotels page, saw that this was opening this month. I pulled by here for some confirmation that it was open, even though I successfully made a booking. I will report back.
