SFO-JFK 3:30 this week was the same salmon or risotto cakes.

This was a VX bird and everything came on one tray JetBlue style - well even the ice cream.

Soup tasty. Salad pretty basic.

Salmon was really nice but by the time I got to it was cold while the ice cream was melted. Asked for a spare spoon for the ice cream.

I trust the 3 step separate course service will come across the board as the bigger VX seats are ripped out and cold mains / melted ice cream will be less of an issue.

Wines a nice surprise esp that even short hauls are getting them.

Passenger in row 2 huffy about only 2 risottos boarded.
