[email protected]>. its a different team vs. the concierge. i highly recommend the daimonji mountain hike, which is free. they will send a young employee to hike with you. morning temple visit is also great. they charge 100 bucks for up to 6 people, which is actually the same price as what the temple charges directly. but with ritz, you got the transportation and someone to escort you there. enjoy!
