Do take advantage of their activities team. we stayed there over the summer as a large family group (8 people, 1 suite/2 rooms, and 5 days). their activities are amazing. they took us hiking, morning temple visit, biking, watched our kids when we had dinner in the hotel, did a whole bunch of fun activities with our kids in a few other occasions as well. best yet, all of these, other than the temple visit, are free of charge. they even paid for the taxi rides to the mountain where we hiked and the temple we visited. basically aman level service... very impressed
Thank you so much for this post. I never would have thought to check since I usually handle these things myself, but that sounds like a great resource and if it's not costly there's no reason not to make use of it. Did you just reach out to the concierge to organize these things before your trip?
