Personal Plat, only had it for 1 year so far. Account open for 10+ years, but product change to plat last year after a 100k point offer to upgrade. $60k spend in the last 12 months. Thanks in advance!
With the new Gold, talk to them about wanting to downgrade cause of more points. I did that with about $60k spend last year and they gave me 50k points.
