Also customer support isn’t giving out $25 voucher over email. Was told I need to get it from the Alaska agent at the airport. Kind of a hassle which makes this guarantee pointless.
Atleast in Seattle I have to go back to departure area to talk to Alaska agents.
Trying to find an agent at arrivals carousels is very hard to do. I even tracked one down at LAX and she would not give me voucher as she indicated that the person to do this is at lunch. It is more than a hassle and I am sure they will continue to make it harder to claim guarantee. They may just discontinue this , as they have other other features that made AS stand out as "north of expected".
