Personal Plat, only had it for 1 year so far. Account open for 10+ years, but product change to plat last year after a 100k point offer to upgrade. $60k spend in the last 12 months. Thanks in advance!
I would:
  1. It's not unheard of to get retention offer after first year. I did.
  2. Your spend is good -- probably 4x or 5x what mine was that year.
  3. If you don't try, you are guaranteed not to get a retention offer.
