Can you help me understand the options to AIRSIDE access lounges that are outside the departure Terminal at (most/all) Chinese airports?

Here are my scenarios:

1) Boarding Pass is for Domestic Terminal and lounge is airside at International Departure

2) Boarding Pass is for the International Terminal and lounge is airside at Domestic Departures

3) Boarding Pass is domestic for Terminal X but lounge is in Terminal Y (also domestic)

4) Boarding Pass is for international for Terminal X but lounge is in Terminal Y (also international)
