Yes, as an AA PLT (OWS) you always have lounge access on eligible international itineraries regardless of your class of service.

At LAX, you can use either the AA Flagship Lounge in T4 or the oneworld Business lounge in TBIT. At HND, I see no reason to stay from the JL business lounge.
