There's a choice of Western or Japanese. We only tried Japanese, which wasn't a buffet. Didn't see the Western to know if it was buffet or not.
Even without the view, you're right next to the river - it's lovely to step outside and stroll along the river. A view would have been nice, but I wasn't too bothered.
