Just to let you know: LH has rebooked me to my preferred connection from AKL to KIX and NZ has changed my feeder flight in order to match the long haul connection free of charge.

The guy on the phone didn’t want to change the flight at first, because it not being on the same ticket. But fortunately the lady who offered to make the change put a note on my booking, so he honored her offer.
