I was disappointed in this hotel by everything but the location. Was there last Sat-Mon and when I woke up on Sunday I noticed there was dried blood on the underside of my comforter (not from me). I asked front desk to have the bed linens changed completely and she ended up removing MAGC so I need to call in for those points. Was told the manager would contact me and that never happened either.
I was also surprised by the lounge policy, I had not noticed that change until the front desk informed me. I guess there's no real reason for me to stay at that hotel again when the AC, Hi-Lo, CY, and Marriott are all a couple blocks away.
