HI! We actually just went here a few weeks ago on FFN. We had a VERY nice time. We can send you the pictures (just e-mail us.) We were checked in by a wonderful manager who gave our son a puppy stuffed dog (we named him "niki" and then he got another one named "athena").

Just so you know, I said how long have you been a Hyatt Resort? Instantly she snapped back, "We are NOT a resort. We are a conference hotel." Okay, then...

They have a shuttle every hour to the city, which we took and was SUPER.

They run a shuttle every hour to the airport. It is in walking distance! It is a great service.

The airport is small, but under MAJOR construction.

When we showed our Diamond cards (both of us are Diamonds), they said, "Woah, we thought you were only Platinum. We ALWAYS upgrade our Diamonds to Suites..." We did not get the largest suite ever, but it SURE was a nice suite and an amazing bathroom. It was large enough that Nick was far enough away from us, he could fall asleep. It was GREAT for us. I snuck out the patio (ground floor) and got room service and we ate on the patio or the super large bathroom. It was great for us!

The breakfast was VERY nice.

The pool was freezing. Don't know why???

No hot tub.

Not the fanciest resort ever.

They did have an RC at some point. There were signs still around. It is now a VERY cool cigar bar. Too bad I hate smoke!
