Nah, I never did call them because it didn't come up as an issue early enough and I'm not a fan of paying roaming fees in the US.

I can however report a success!

After trying their website and their app and having no luck, I tried their website on my phone while on United wifi on my flight down to GRU. For some reason it directs you to a bare bones 3rd party website, but hey, it worked. Got my PDF boarding pass, which is only 50% success, since many airports won't let you through security with that. But I can report success there.

No kiosks at GRU had ET on them, so I just took my BP to security and maybe better than humans checking who often power trip and don't wanna allow anything out of the ordinary, I dropped my zoomed in pdf on the scanner and it worked just fine. Had to walk all the way back to T3 to get into the Star lounge, but it all worked out.
