So I was completely wrong in my last post...not sure why it slipped my mind that I had purchased my upcoming trip to New Zealand on the UR portal. When I remembered, I went ahead and checked this out. So, I have good news and bad news:

Bad news: near as I can tell there isn't any way for you to check for yourself whether the ticket is bulk; the confirmation page still has the link to "Airline Rules, Policies, Cancellations" but opening the twisty for the flight no longer has a second twisty with the actual fare rules. It even still says in a few places "see airline fare rules below" but they aren't below anymore.

Good news: you can call Chase UR and have them pull up the fare rules. I just did that and the guy was able to cut/paste them in an email to me. From there you can check to see if "wholesale" is in the text just as before.
