Each of us knows our price/value to put on a fight. All I am trying to convey is that AM will concede some issues to traveler only after being challenged. They have never given a positive result to me at the first attempt, especially over the phone. The funny thing for me is that I get more of what I fight for with AM now that I'm no longer floating between Titanio or Platino levels. It can be done. With AM I am stubborn through the fight. Moreso because they are too.
