My apologies if this has already been discussed, but when I searched I was able to pull up using SkyMiles on partners, but not the other way around.

My question is this. Can I use Virgin Atlantic or FlyingBlue Miles to upgrade a flight I've booked on Delta? If so, what do I need to do?
