Etihad or Qatar using AA miles
Hello:
I was trying to book a ticket today from BKK-ZUR and have called twice so far to try and used miles for both Etihad and Qatar.....I was told both times that AA miles cannot be used to book this route? Is this true? Thank you, NYC
