I sent some messages to customer service after 10 days from first stay, to have more informations and honestly first impression was not so good, but after that I think I have found very nice agent (Abigail) explaining me how to do claim just after 10 days from check out, with a special link provvided.

Now for each stay I use the same link to do a “claim” and normally after 2-3 days maximum I have cash back credited on my account (amounts blocked for 90 days before to be available for Paypal transfer)

i can only spend good words on MrRebates for now 👍
I had a look at MrRebates and saw they are giving mostly 6% cashback. Did you try Quidco which are giving 10-15%?
