Hi JC, are you based full time in Spain? If yes do you mind me asking what your current credit card strategy is? Looking for some inspiration. I’m AMEX Gold and ICON at the mo, never churned but will try soon by signing up the OH, cancel mine once referral bonus hits, then reapply after 6 months... seems to work in other countries.

Chamge to to the new Vueling Program you will have the status in the airline you fly the most -have not look at the program in detail. Get AVIOS that you will be able to transfer to your IBERIA PLUS account via AVIOS.COM.
Get the new Iberia ICON card and you will have SILVER status with IBERIA PLUS
For lounge access get Priority Pass directly -cheaper than having the AMEX Platinum card.
Those se are my two cents on your strategy. In my case just switched to BAEC and the Iberia Icon. My travel patterns are on J fares and what I value the most is being EMERALD on ONEWOLD and able to redeem premium fares on IB Plus. Plus pool AVIOS for redemption from two accounts as there are two of us with the same travel patterns.
