RESULTS! I got this response from Leisa at WR at 8:07 AM today:
Good Morning Brendan,

Thank you for contacting Wyndham Rewards. We appreciate your patience regarding the Masterpass Promotion. We have to allow another week before we can manually post the Masterpass Promotion Bonus Points for your stay August. 25-27 in Williamsburg, VA. However, I am pleased to inform you that 7500 Masterpass Promotion Bonus points have been added to your account for your stay on August.14-16, 2018."

Looking at my account, it's called a "Masterpass Promo Adj NV 2018."
UPDATE: I emailed WR again today to request the second helping.
