storewanderer mentioned this in another thread in January. I don't know how to post a link. In September Hilton approved the plans for this property to be converted into a DT.

It is currently a Ramada, formerly a Holiday Inn. I think it will need some work. Don't plan on seeing the DT sign anytime soon. The closest HH in the area is the Hampton Inn Yuba City, about 45 minutes to the South.

I pretty much agree with storewanderer's basic review. The rooms need work. If you are in the area and need somewhere to stay: the hotel is clean, plenty of parking, wifi is fine, breakfast is very basic.

In my personal opinion, I don't think HH should be in this area, business is seasonal. There are already many hotels to choose from.

Plan on seeing this paper for a while.
