Don't wanna revive a dead topic and I kinda doubt I'll get a response in time buttttttt.....
I've got an award booking with Singapore Airlines on ET for their 5th freedom GRU-EZE flight. PNR pulls up just fine if I hit "manage my booking" on the website, but there's really nothing to manage, it looks pretty blank, though the flight details are correct so it looks like the booking is ok.
Try to check-in and I just get errors. Tried the app and the 6 in my PNR seems to trigger a "please only enter valid characters" response from the app. I'd prefer to check-in in advance so I can go to the lounge in GRU since I'm gonna be there for like 12 hours between my UA flight and my ET flight. But it feels more and more like I'm gonna get stuck waiting for D-3 for check-in to open.
Any advice?
