Just look up the individual property website under „Dining“ and then „Learn more“. You’ll get a website for the restaurant which often has links for special set menus, holiday celebration menus, reservations etc. Example?

it‘s up to the individual properties to keep these sections updated. If they don‘t, it‘s not Marriott or Marriott.com that‘s broken but the individual hotel/restaurant management!
