Aeromexico premier class issue
Last week I noticed some cheaper than usual premier class flights with Aeromexico from LHR to UIO. I purchased them direct from the AM site and recieved email confirmation with my tickets attached which confirmed the tickets I'd purchased. The day afterwards I logged into the site to select my seats and noticed they were showing as economy tickets and would only allow me to select economy seats.
I went onto online chat and was told to contact them by phone and they would resolve the issue. I then called and was told that the day I booked there was an issue with the UK site with some prices being misaligned and that there was nothing they could do about it and that I had to contact AM by email to get more information. I was given no information by phone as to whether the ticket I'd booked was still valid or not and as expected, a week later I've had no reply from my email.
Has anyone else had any similar experience and able to advise whether they need to honour the ticket I have been issued?
