Really upset now. Just went to check in online and found that LH reassigned me from row 11 to row 26E. When I called all they could say is that they blocked row 11 and reassigned me to another exit row - thus they don’t have to refund me the fee I paid. They claim that the characteristics of the rows are the same (both exit rows) but clearly they are not - 11 has way more leg room, I had a true aisle in row 11 but now I’m squeezed next to the jump seat, and the window in 26 is not a real window. The only thing they suggested is to try again when I get to the airport to reclaim row 11 - assuming it gets unblocked.
