I logged into WR this evening & once again submitted a Missing Points Request with these Comments:
"I got only my normal points, but not my 7500 bonus for making my reservation online using MasterPass. Likewise on my reservation of Aug. 25--27 at [another hotel.] So 15K in bonus points are due to me." About 1 hour later I got this reply:
"Hello Brendan,
Thank you for contacting Wyndham Rewards Gold.
I have forwarded your two stays information to another department for research. Thank you in advance for your patience while your account is being reviewed."
---In contrast to Sep. 26, when I was rejected immediately for 'not having used MasterPass.'
