Can't transfer points online?
My husband and I have transferred points between our SPG accounts in the past with no problem. While I understand that this can still be done with Marriott (up to 50k/year), I couldn't find a way to do it online, so he sent them a message through the online contact form. They responded right away but said that they can't do this by e-mail and we would have to call. What is this - 1956? Is there seriously not a way to do this electronically?
