With the exception of the incident that I have allready mentioned ( And that was not a clubcard , but an individual store problem)., I have never had a problem with points going adrift. Some times they post a few days late ( But it should say at the end of your receipt total up to XX/XX/XX) Have you checked this ??

Also have you made any late night / early morning purchases in the last few days that have not yet posted ??
