Does anyone know of any places with warmer weather during the winter months offer good golf packages or opportunities to play on elite courses? And for that matter are there any hotels that can get people onto elite courses, like Seminole, Cypress Point, etc? I'd assume no hotels in the US would really carry that much weight, but maybe.

So far only Casa De Campo seems to offer a good course with pretty attractive options. Maybe Aria for Shadow Creek? South Carolina is likely too cold...

Edit: Hawaii is too far.
Some places TPC Sawgrass/Pebble Beach seems like it would be very crowded.
