I will be taking this flight this Wednesday (03-OCT). After research all the methods I will take public transit.

I will be flying in to LGA with Air Canada (Terminal B) and will take the 3 step transit process to get to Terminal 4 at JFK.

I have never flown in and out of LGA. Also I have never flown in and out of JFK, so this is all new to me.

I got these steps from the Citymapper app on Android.

Ignore the time it takes as it dependent on the time of day. But $7.75 is accurate - $2.75 for the bus and subway and then $5.00 for the AirTrain

NOTE: You need to buy your MeteroCard (i.e. your ticket) before you get on the bus. There are (apparently) kiosks inside the terminal which will allow you to buy your fare. When you get to the bus stop for the Q70-SBS you have to scan your ticket in prior to boarding to validate it. Check out YouTube for complete details
