Well, CTSA, TSA and other like agencies are looking for the proverbial needle in the haystack except there are thousands of haystacks, may not be any needles, and just to make things really stupid tossed in hundreds of perfectly harmless things just to distract the screeners. Is it any wonder that screeners come across as incompetent?
