PH Melbourne have a listed AU$8 upcharge for cooked breakfast - the lounge is normally closed for breakfast other than Sundays. I rarely see it on the bill and have always been able to remove it, but then again I have had over 30 nights there in the last 2.5 years.

The GH Melbourne has an AU$22 upcharge for restaurant breakfast rather than the lounge - that's normally not negotiable.
