IIRC I couldn't see my KTN in the res either, but when I called CX they could see it - don't know how that works but that was my experience (they did say AA/AS had passed it on I believe). If you're leaving from sfo it doesn't matter, though, b/c unless it's changes there is no precheck for international.

Or of they can add our AS FF numbers, it should automatically give the KTN information. Right now I dont even see AS numbers are in the Passenger Information.

The physical cards were never mailed to us when we got our GE 3 to 4 years ago. I remember the agent at MIA interview office told us that we dont need the card because the reference number you got is the same and it is linked to your passport stored in the system. So I did not follow up when no physical cards ever arrive...

What he does not remember is, at land border crossing / Canadian airports where pre-clearance on US entries are performed / return from a cruise at the port of entry on US soil - ALL require the physical cards in order to use the GE benefits because there is no machine to read the passport! SIGH.
So we endure those occasions as if we dont have GEs. Our US passports are up for renewal next Spring. I plan to renew the GE after renewal the passports, then order the replacement cards (with a fee).

Some posters said to call AA / AS and asked them to send the KTN information to CX. Some said AA automatically do so when the KTN is in the FF profiles. I will need to call AS to find out. Better do it on Monday as the dept who handles partner liasons do not work on weekends!
