Just stayed at local Westin, told they have a "corporate lounge" and that unless my file came up as corporate I do not have lounge access. Nothing offered to me as Platinum except the usual points or breakfast option. Is there a new corporate level that is above Platinum? I no longer travel for work after a career change but have been loyal to the brand since 1996.
I checked my status and it does show me as lifetime platinum elite; and in the T&C it shows lounge access at that tier. Is a club lounge different than a corporate lounge?
I do see the Lifetime platinum premier elite as a tier above mine.
