Having used the seasonal Toronto to Gatwick route this summer, I am returning to the Heathrow route in November for the first time this year. What can I expect, and is there any truth to the rumour that WT+ service (including food) is being enhanced. With the improvements to WT including cheese, snack box, mini magnums etc - are WT+ passengers worse off at the moment with the roll out of enhancements in cabins either side.
Interesting to read that both AF and AA are enhancing the food in all classes? The changes seem to be small but a positive step in the right direction. Is this the start of a trend with legacy carriers realising that the customer experience is more than just the cost of a ticket. I realise that for folk where the key driver is price, the in flight experience is lower down the list of priorities - but for the rest (including me), I'd rather fly with BA where a bag, drinks and food are included. (slight drift on thread so soz)
