I've made a one-day car rental using my Hertz rewards points to pick up a car at MCO at 9 pm and return it 24 hours later to the Hertz desk at the Gaylord Palms hotel (listed as a Corporate location). According to the website, the Hertz desk is only open until 5 pm at the hotel.

Do I need to be sure to drop the car by 5 pm, or can I drop it off and leave keys somewhere secure prior to 9 pm with no problems (e.g. no excess charges for late drop off)?

If I have to, I can probably get there before 5 pm but it would be good to know if I'll be alright if I'm later than that, just in case.
