For my return, I decided not to waitlist a Regional upgrade, as there were about 10 seats available, and as it's a Wednesday evening, I think I have a fair shot at it. In the past my flights on this route JFK- LAS and back have been prior to them calling it Delta One, and my upgrades have cleared about 65% of the time. Any reason to assume the change in seating will change my upgrade experience?
