Therein lies the answer then. You can't get a poached egg or boiled egg from powdered or liquid egg, as mentioned in my earlier post, so the omelette minus some standard ingredients should be possible.
I just remember from being at school, that boiled and poached were no problem, but omelette was impossible...and I believe my school used BS as their ingredients supplier.
Has anyone ever had an omelette in a BA Lounge?
I'm probably making this too big a deal, but I'm solo-flying with her next weekend, and need to mentally plan everything to the nth degree!
