Same for me. We went back an forth on email. When I offered to provide evidence along with my credit card transactions, the points were awarded with 2 hours of my last email. Even in the response stating they added the points to my account they still felt the need to point out I did not use MasterPass. I actually used MasterPass for 5 stays during this promo and have the proof to back it up.
