Is this still an issue to travel on CX with AS / AA issued tickets that dont have middle names?
When I tried to add KTN number to my CX flights on an AS award, JFK-HKG-MEL, it gave me this pop up window
Please check your name again.Passenger name: XXXXX XXXXXXX
Name on travel document: XXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
You can proceed to check-in. However, please note that due to immigration and security regulation policy, your name on the boarding pass MUST match with your travel document. If there’s a discrepancy, please contact your Airport Check-in counter for assistance.
BTW, I am not checking in but just try to update the passenger's information to include the KTN so we would have TSA precheck on the BPs.
Do I need to get AS to fix this?
