There are 2 configurations of 747 - one with 38J, one with 70J. In the 38 config (which I believe is most often used on SFO) 19E is a (not very nice) WT+ seat. In the 70J configuration it is NCW seat. One way to check would be to look at Manage my bookings on ba.com and see what other areas of the plabe you can choose seats on. If it lets you choose something on the upper deck then you have been upgraded. Though personally I think you are in WT+ in the 38J configuration 747.
