The recline is non-flat, but comfortable.
If you absolutely need a flat bed for sleeping, then you'll be in trouble.
Otherwise, these are good for sleeping.
I would say about 170 degrees (someone correct me if I am wrong).

Pray hard for equipment change to B747-400.
Only there you'll have SkySuites.
