Booked a flight Den- Paris on UA with a return Zurich-Den on Edelweiss Air. The entire flight was booked on the United website but it says I am not eligible to earn PQM on the Edelweiss flight. Can someone explain why that is?
Based on what I’m reading here I think I should be eligible for PQM, but would appreciate feedback.
My ticket was booked on United.com and has a 016 number
My flight number from Zurich to Denver was LX8016
On the United web site it says; “Please note: Only SWISS International Airlines flight number LX 8000-8499 operating as Edelweiss Air are eligible for accrual.”
When I complete the form for missing award miles it comes back and says that “Credit for this flight segment/ticket has already been posted to the MileagePlus account“
Award miles were posted but not PQM.
Does anyone have an email address I could send screen shots to and request again?
