Yes.
I didn't realise you had to book a certain rate, for "Kids Stay & Eat Free". Does it include DBB for adults and if it's more expensive than a standard rate, is it actually beneficial? It seems the promotion is just the £10 voucher, but I believe you can book a normal DBB, room only, or therefore points and get the benefit of Free Kids meals except you won't get the voucher. The current promo confuses matters.

Where the rate includes meals, for example DBB, the normal policy is: (taken from Dunblane prices I put to xxx as that is surely property specific)
*Kids 5 and under eat free. Kids 6-12: breakfast £xxx, dinner £xxx. from children’s menu. Adult dining rates apply for kids 13+. Children’s dining fees apply regardless of room package selected for adults.
On a points stay obviously there are no meals included. So breakfast should be free for under 5's as Gold benefit, and meals depends on whether you choose to eat in the F&B outlets. If you do as a paying adult you can make use of the benefit.

At Dunblane I note the promo rate with £10 voucher is £105 room only on a random date. But the cheapest DBB is £96 so you're overpaying for the voucher, no adult dinner or breakfast (ignoring status). The website makes clear you don't need to book any specific rate to get it free for eligible kids.

Like many of these Hilton promos, they are not really good deals. Like the LGBTQIAPK+ promo. You overpay for the two drinks and a copy of gay times.
