Hey folks - For those who have experience with this, how long does it typically take for Marriott Group (Le Meridien in this case) hotel stays and point transfers to show up in your Aeroplan account?

I stayed at the Le Meridien Dubai Sep 15-16, and the stay registered in my Marriott account on Sep 19. I have it set to earning Aeroplan miles instead of Marriott points.
Separately, I initiated a transfer of 3,000 Marriott points to Aeroplan on Sep 21.

Neither transaction has shown up in my Aeroplan account.

Marriott tells me it might take a week. They also say everything looks in order from their end.
Aeroplan tells me it can take up to 6 (!) weeks, and they refuse to investigate further until that period has passed.

Is this normal?
